Thirty (30) days from receipt of all Merchandise goods, legitimate defective
(right out of the box) items may be returned for replacement or Refund Minus
Shipping. After 30 days, any defective item must adhere to written
manufacturers' warranties instructions regarding sending to the manufacturer
or thier authorized service/warranty locations. Returned defective items must
contain all original items and item pieces. Any defective item returned with
missing items, we will debit your credit card for the amount of replacment
items.

Call for RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number  MUST BE ISSUED prior to
returning any item. Replacement of initial defective item will be sent upon
receipt of defective item. Purchaser of item must pre-pay shipping back to
point of origin and must allow Famous Swimsuits.com to debit purchaser's
Visa/Master Card Discover or American Express for the amount of return
shipping charges on replacement.  Items sent back to Famous Swimsuits .
Com without proper authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Any

a 25% re-stocking fee.
